International Cotton Advisory Committee, ICAC
Founded in 1939 and headquartered in the U.S. capital Washington, DC, ICAC has 29 member countries. The ICAC is a governmental organization of cotton producing, consuming and trading member countries. The mission of ICAC is to assist members in fostering a healthy world cotton economy by providing global information on cotton production, consumption, trade and inventory, as well as holding regular international forums, seminars and annual plenary meetings. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, TTF organizes "ICAC Taipei International Seminar" on a regular basis.
