CONCEPT
Polyester based adhesive converts textiles into easily recyclable ones.
Heterogeneous laminated textile made of fabric and hot melt adhesive cannot be recycled. TEXBONDER™ has developed the Mono-material, green laminating material, and polyester homogeneous lamination for environmental protection and sustainability, which delivers highly durable and reusable textile and reduces the impact of plastic on the environment.
We offer a sustainable solution by changing the traditional heterogeneous lamination of functional textiles that cannot be recycled. TEXBONDER™ hot melt adhesive film makes textile recycling more feasible and greatly enhances the reusability of textile waste, it is easily recyclable and appropriate for a variety of end-use textile products. We assist the textile industry in designing and developing sustainable polyester textile products, reducing the plastic waste impact on the environment and advancing towards the development and application of carbon reduction and net-zero carbon emission.
There are also more and more hot melt adhesive lamination and functional composite materials. The most serious problem is that heterogeneous laminated textiles made of fabric and hot melt adhesive cannot be recycled at the end of the product's service life. To address the problem of unrecyclable hybrid textile products, the TEXBONDER™ R&D team developed the Mono-material, green laminating material, and polyester homogeneous lamination with an innovative design for environmental protection and sustainability, which delivers highly durable and reusable textile garments and reduces the impact of plastic on the environment.
VALUE
The heterogeneous laminated textile products cannot be reused and can only be disposed of as waste by incineration. In response to these problems, we have created a hot melt adhesive film made of polyester material. This product solves the problem of poor durability and different materials in laminated textile products such as apparel, footwear and bags, and also helps to recycle the entire garments and shoes. TEXBONDER™ hot melt adhesive film fulfills the requirements of the functionality of composite textiles and realizes a circular economy model that converts heterogeneous polyester fabrics into easily recyclable ones.
DELIVERY
Our new hot melt adhesive film is soft, flexible, durable and fully recyclable solution for functional textile lamination. Moreover, to expand its application in the consumer market. Since this product is made of polyester hot melt adhesive film, it is easily recyclable and appropriate for a variety of end-use textile products, including apparel, bags, footwear, home furnishings, automotive interiors, medical textiles and other diverse applications. Made of the same material as polyester fabric, TEXBONDER™ hot-melt adhesive film it has passed REACH and RoHS tests for harmful chemicals and has been granted five patents in the US and Taiwan.
